Certain equipment may be picked up and returned to our warehouse in West Vail with no delivery or service charges. Contact our Vail office for information.
 
Davis Audio Visual maintains a fleet of vans statewide and offers delivery and setup on 24 hour notice to Eagle and Summit counties. Depending on the size of the order and the distance from our Vail warehouse a delivery charge from $40 to $100, or a per mile fee may apply in addition to hourly rates for set up and tear down of equipment. We can also supply qualified technicians at an hourly rate for any level of support you may require.
 
In general equipment orders cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to full charges. We do not accept cancellations for weather once the equipment is loaded on our truck. Client is responsible for all damages to and or loss of equipment, and a credit card may be required as a security deposit. Charges for equipment which must be procured from a third party by Davis AV are not refundable.
